The clients are exceptional people. They use the space whenever they have gatherings of friends and family. They love being outside and are using this gorgeous project on a daily basis as well. Enjoy!!
This outdoor space included a new stamped concrete patio, cedar cabana, outdoor fireplace and an outdoor kitchen under the existing rear patio. The clients were new to Texas and wanted to be able to enjoy the great Texas weather year around. They are exceptional people and it was pleasure working with them on the project. This expansive outdoor living space was beautiful upon completion. It consisted of an Oklahoma Flagstone patio, cedar cabana with a tongue and groove ceiling to allow for recessed lighting. Hanging heaters were installed on the Cedar beams. Granbury stone was used for all masonry and was a perfect match with the existing stone on the residence. The U-shaped outdoor kitchen will allow for additional seating using bar stools and will service swimmers after getting out of the pool. The clients had some of their own ideas, which combined with Pro Deck's, made for a very functional and unique project. It was a pleasure getting to know the clients throughout the installation. We always enjoyed the conversations with them. Enjoy your retirement years under the cabana!
This is counrty living at it's best. The project consited of the replacement of the wrap around deck and balcony. A composite material was used for the decking with a combination of cedar and composite material for the handrail. A cultured stone was installed for the skirting around the deck.
